        Jerry and Stav Stefaniak have been practicing spiritual principles in their personal lives and relationships for the past 26 years. They are Master Teachers of the Breath Integration method, having taught intensive Personal and Spiritual Development Programs and trained practitioners in Breath Integration. They draw on their own experiences as friends, lovers, and marriage/business partners to teach and inspire others.

Their spiritual/counseling sessions use a powerful form of therapy called Breath Integration. The spiritual principles that we draw on are based on A Course in Miracles.

They have taught many workshops together and use their relationship to help others in understanding the principles of a conscious relationship and in bettering their lives. Church boards have used their skill in helping to overcome issues that sometime arise between members.

      Both Stav and Jerry are also Angel Therapy Practitioners, having been certified by Dr. Doreen Virtue. They served on her staff during her certification weeklong class. Jerry was the keynote speaker and led meditations during some of her presentations. Stav and Jerry also supported Dr. Virtue during her Greek tour serving on the staff and also doing Angel readings in Athens.



Rev. Jerome Stefaniak is a teacher who instructs adults in how to have higher self-esteem, how to discover and live their vision, and how to achieve both outer success and inner tranquility at the same time. As a speaker, he is warm, powerful and humorous and has learned to have compassion for himself along with his clients as he instructs them in how to have more success in their personal and business relationships.

After graduating from the University of Illinois with a BS in Accounting, Jerry took his graduate work at De Paul University, earning an MBA in Systems Analysis in 1978. During that time and for the following seven years, he successfully pursued a career in business, advancing from Computer Operator to Programmer to Programming Manager to Computer Systems Development. He was also a member of Big Brothers during this period, establishing a relationship with a Little Brother for three-and-a-half years.

In 1985 Jerry began a program of personal development which in 1986 led him into a new career: sharing with others the principles and techniques he had successfully learned to apply in his own life. Since then, he has taught many workshops on personal development both in Texas and Washington. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Unity Church of Clear Lake, functioning as its Youth Education Director.

An accomplished speaker, Jerry has delivered numerous speeches and meditations to various clubs, churches and organizations in Texas, New Mexico, Minnesota, Hawaii and Northern Ireland. He is a spiritual teacher at Unity Church of Christianity in Houston, where he has led weekly classes in A Course in Miracles for the past 19 years. He is also a Master Teacher of the Breath Integration method, having taught intensive Six Month Personal Development Programs and a professional trainings for Breath Integration Practitioners.

He is a contributing coauthor in the metaphysical book New Thought by Mary Mannin Morrissey.

Jerry is an ordained minister of the Theophilus Divinity School. He has been trained as an Angel Therapy Practitioner by Dr. Doreen Virtue, staffed at her week long intensive trainings and was the Keynote Speaker for one. He is the author of the well received books, Compassionate Living - Everyday Spirituality, and Intimacy in Action – Relationships That Feed the Soul. He also authored an excellent meditation CD entitled Recharge Your Spirit! Quantum Leap Meditations.

Stav, (Stavroula) Stefaniak, LCSW, LMFT, is a State licensed psychotherapist with over 30 years experience in the mental health field. She is a multifaceted, multitalented and versatile therapist who is able to combine tools and techniques from many avenues and tailors her approach according to her clients needs.

Stav combines her knowledge of sound psychological principles along with Universal Spiritual and metaphysical principles and is able to tune in quickly and get to the root issues to give insightful and clear guidance to her clients.

She is also a Breath Integration Practitioner and uses this technique, when appropriate, to help her clients tap into their unconscious on a deep level so that they can unravel and release suppressed stressful emotions. These suppressed emotions can keep clients stuck in unconscious self-sabotaging patterns that can be interfering with current functioning and well being.

Stav has developed and presented workshops on Anger Management, Forgiveness, Self Esteem and has led groups and Women's Retreats.

She is a contributing coauthor in the metaphysical book "New Thought" by Mary Mannin Morrissey.

She coauthored with her husband Jerry their relationships book "Intimacy in Action-Relationships that feed the Soul" by Jerry Stefaniak and Stav Stefaniak, MSW. Together they have taught numerous workshops and groups on Relationships in various parts of the State of TX and have facilitated Couple's Retreats.

Among her professional experiences and trainings she is also an Angel Therapy Practitioner, and received her training through Dr. Doreen Virtue, Ph.D. Stav has had a personal experience and relationship with her angels who have shown themselves to her and assisted her during critical times in her life. Those who are interested and want to develop their relationship with their celestial guides, Stav is more than happy to assist them in opening up to that aspect of existence. She does so through Angel readings, (separate from her counseling work.) Stav had been on the staff of Dr. Doreen Virtue for many years assisting in the trainings that Dr. Virtue was offering. She is featured in Dr Virtue's book, "Angel Medicine" when she accompanied Dr Virtue to Greece, Stav's country of origin.
